The mission of the US Department of Transportation (USDOT) is to serve the United States by ensuring a fast, safe, efficient, accessible and convenient transportation system that meets our vital national interests and enhances the quality of life of the American people, today and into the future. Empire Snow Removal holds firm to this same mission and is USDOT compliant.
To ensure the highest quality service, Empire does not utilize subcontractors. All snow management professionals are Empire employees.
Most, if not all, occupational fatalities are preventable through hazard recognition and control, effective employee training, and appropriate selection and use of personal protective equipment (PPE.) With one of the highest OSHA-identified hazard rates in the United States, the green industry must focus on improving its safety standards. https://www.landcarenetwork.org/PLANET
